Avocado Feta Salsa

Avocado Feta Salsa photo

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 plum tomatoes-chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion-chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano-chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro-chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley-chopped
  • 4 oz. feta cheese-crumbled (add last)
  • 2 avocados-chopped
  • 1 clove garlic-minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Dash of lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Combine all and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

NOTES

 Serve with Tortilla chips
